美式早餐英文菜單
西式早餐一(yi)般可分(fen)為(wei)兩種(zhong),一(yi)是美(mei)式早餐(american breakfast,英國、美(mei)國、加拿大、澳(ao)大利亞(ya)及新(xin)西蘭(lan)等(deng),以英語為(wei)母(mu)語的(de)國家都屬于此(ci)類); 一(yi)是歐(ou)式早餐 (continental breakfast,德國、法國等(deng)即(ji)是)。
美式早餐內容相當豐富,包括下列五種(zhong):
1. 水果或果汁

這是早餐(can)的第(di)二道(dao)菜,通常為兩個蛋(dan),隨著烹煮方法(fa)之不同,可以分(fen)為:
fried eggs 煎蛋(只(zhi)煎一面的荷(he)包(bao)蛋稱為sunny-side up,兩面煎半熟叫(jiao)over easy,兩面全熟的叫(jiao)over hard或over well-done)。
boiled eggs殼水煮(zhu)蛋(煮(zhu)三分鐘熟的(de)叫soft boiled,煮(zhu)五(wu)分鐘熟的(de)叫hard boiled)。

4. 吐司和面包
吐司通(tong)常(chang)烤成焦黃狀,要注意toast with butter和buttered toast的(de)不(bu)同。toast with butter是(shi)指端給(gei)客人時(shi),吐司和牛油是(shi)分開的(de)。buttered toast是(shi)指把牛油涂在(zai)吐司上面(mian)之后,再端給(gei)客人,美國(guo)的(de)coffee shop大都提供這種buttered toast。
此外,還有下各(ge)種糕餅,以供(gong)客人(ren)變換口味。注意吃的時候不(bu)可用叉子叉,要用手(shou)拿(na),抹上牛油(you)、草莓醬(strawberry jam)或(huo)橘皮(marmalade),咬(yao)著吃。

5. 飲料beverages
指咖啡(fei)(fei)或茶等不含酒精(jing)的(de)飲料。所謂white coffee是(shi)指加奶(nai)精(jing)(cream)的(de)咖啡(fei)(fei),也就(jiu)是(shi)法語中的(de)café au lait,較不傷胃(wei)。不加奶(nai)精(jing)的(de)咖啡(fei)(fei)就(jiu)稱為(wei)black coffee。
在國外,tea(茶(cha)(cha))一般是指紅茶(cha)(cha)而(er)言。如果要綠茶(cha)(cha)則須(xu)指明(ming)green tea。早餐的咖啡和紅茶(cha)(cha)都是無限制供應。
歐陸式(shi)早(zao)餐比美式(shi)早(zao)餐簡單(dan),內容大(da)致相同,但(dan)不供應蛋(dan)類(lei),客人(ren)想(xiang)點叫蛋(dan)類(lei)食品時,得另外付費。
